County mayors, dignitaries and business owners gathered to celebrate the official opening of AGA twyford's new Leominster-based cookware showroom.
Staff welcomed more than 40 visitors to the special event at Marches Trade Park in Brunel Road earlier this month.
Sir Ben Gill, chairman of Visit Herefordshire was also in attendance along with mayor of Hereford Julie Woodward and deputy mayor of Leominster Peter McCaull.
The evening came to a close when AGA Twyford’s general manager, John Anker drew the winning raffle ticket which raised more than £225 for Make-A-Wish Foundation UK.
The winner took home more than £200-worth of Betty Twyford baking products.
AGA Twyford moved to Leominster Enterprise Park relocating in the large purpose built factory, offices and showroom. The showroom has been designated as a Deluxe Design Centre by AGA Rangemaster Ltd and is featured on the Rangemaster website.
Rose Norman for AGA Twyford said: “"We were delighted that so many people came to our special event. We wanted to showcase our new facilities and celebrate our expansion. Having all the extra space means that our customers can come and see lots of different models and makes of cooker, wood burning stoves and cookware, and even see demonstrations which, we hope, will help them visualise what the products will look like in their own home."
The showroom is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm and Saturday from 10.30am until 4.30pm.
